Through our partnerships with WellTrans, Ride Simple is able to offer transportation for Medicaid (Healthy Indiana Plan, Hoosier Healthwise, or Hoosier Care Connect) members who need transportation to covered healthcare services.

We are only able to accept Medicaid-covered reservations made through WellTrans. If you have been approved for this service, simply contact WellTrans and tell them Ride Simple is your preferred provider. They can help you with the reservation process.

If you have not yet used a transportation service and you are currently enrolled in a Medicaid-managed care plan, Medicaid customer service staff can give you facts about ride benefits and instructions regarding the process. At this time, the staff at Ride Simple is unable to help determine if you are approved for Medicaid coverage for this service. We recommend calling a representative of your health plan, also known as a managed care entity (MCE). A comprehensive list of phone numbers can be found here.
