Ride Simple Patient Shuttle Services is an approved provider for Verida Transportation. Through this partnership, Ride Simple is able to offer transportation for Medicaid (Healthy Indiana Plan, Hoosier Healthwise, or Hoosier Care Connect) members who need transportation to covered healthcare services.

If you have been approved for this service, simply contact Verida and let them know that Ride Simple is your preferred provider. They can help you with the process. We are only able to accept Medicaid-covered reservations through Verida. Please note that Verida requires appointments to be made at least 2 days in advance.

If you have not yet used a transportation service and you are currently enrolled in a Medicaid-managed care plan, Medicaid customer service staff can give you facts about ride benefits and instructions regarding the process. At this time, the staff at Ride Simple is unable to help determine if you are approved for Medicaid coverage for this service.
